I have the Honor of Informing to your Excellency a Petition of the Cooperation of the Borough of Lancaster. At the request of the Convention Troops recovered, your Excellency will at the same time receive Doctor [Hurton] Certificate ahearing the [necefity] of the Removal of their Troops.
